About this event
Join Erlanger's Women Health Services for a virtual prenatal childbirth education class via Zoom. This class provides expectant mothers and their support persons information regarding:
- Stages of labor
- True vs. false labor
- Coping skills
- Realistic expectations of labor/delivery process
- Relaxation techniques
- Medical interventions
This class includes one session. The cost of the class is $20.00 per couple. When registering, please provide the name of your support partner who will attend with you.
