Childbirth Education Class, March 2019-2 day class sponsored by Bayfront Baby Place at Spring Hill

Bayfront Health Spring Hill is pleased to offer monthly Childbirth Classes to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. It is recommended that mom and her partner prepare for the birth of their child around 30-35 weeks.

Our Childbirth Classes are taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator, Taylor Theodore. During your class you will discuss the childbirth experience, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, breastfeeding, caring for your newborn and more.

Class size is limited. Registration is required for this free class. Expectant mother and a guest are included in one registration. Only the expectant mother is required to register.

Each class is 6 hours in length. Those that register for a 2 day class with 3 hours on each day must attend both days to get the full class. Bring comfort items such as a blanket, pillow, birth ball, yoga mat or anything else that will provide you additional comfort during the relaxation period. Please bring food and drinks as they are encouraged in all classes. If you sign up to attend a Saturday class, please bring lunch to eat at your leisure. There won't be time in the day to break for an offsite lunch.
