Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EDT)
THURSDAY, APRIL 27, 2017 • 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Speakers at the Moore Center's symposium will focus on policies that affect children with problem sexual behaviors and highlight child sexual abuse prevention research that targets school-age children.
This year we are pleased to welcome Johns Hopkins University President Ronald Daniels who will welcome attendees and give opening remarks.
Film and Discussion
We will screen "Untouchable," a documentary that "interweaves intimate portraits of men and women who have been branded sex offenders with the heartbreaking stories of those who have suffered sexual abuse."
Panelists will discuss the effectiveness of sex offender registration and notification policies and the importance of prevention programs for children. Watch the trailer.
