Her topic will be: Using Hope and the Creative Classroom
Teachers today are tired and frustrated. Messages are confusing about what is expected and struggle to find the developmental appropriateness of curriculum requirements. Behavior problems are up and Kindergarten readiness numbers are down. Whew, what's an early childhood teacher to do? This session is designed to help turn frustration to hope and re-engage teachers with the energy necessary to work with young children on a daily basis. Learn strategies to building a creative classroom that's preparing children for not only Kindergarten readiness but school success. At the same time, find joy and engagement that's been missing from the classroom while meeting the requirements of a data driven education system.
