This hybrid class will be a facilitated, student-centered learning process utilizing operationally based scenarios and examples from local experts. All attendees will participate in a variety of exercises designed to develop the Chief Fire Officer’s knowledge, skills, and abilities to meet the changing needs of leadership in the Fire Service. Class size will be limited to 24 participants.

Pre-requisites:

-NFPA Fire Officer II & Instructor I (or equivalent).-This class will require completion of 40 hours of online pre-course work that will be available March 1st and that must be completed by May 10th.

The online portion of the class will be accompanied by two intensive weeks of instruction by local Chief Officers and Experienced Content Experts

Access to Online course material will be issued by Feb 28th, 2021
