Casey Gwozdz has spent over 30 years in IT and has been focused on the data modeling sector of IT for the past 20 years. He has designed and built a number of databases supporting operational applications as well as DW and BI initiatives. Casey has earned a number of certifications since joining CA Technologies including the ITIL® Foundation Certification and the CBIP certification. He has spent the past 10+ years supporting the CA ERwin Modeling product line at CA Technologies. This includes assisting with modeling methodologies and technical product usage as well as providing guidance regarding the various data architecture approaches used in business today.
Sam Hassen (CEO) and Principal Partner, in partnership with David Getty, founded Strategic Information Systems Group (SISG) in 1989. Sam has 20 years of experience in information services consulting and systems integration, and 30 in information technology. Prior to creating the company, Sam was a senior executive at GE Capital Leasing. Prior to GE Capital Leasing he was the Director of Information Technology at Dart and Kraft. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from the University of Illinois, a Master’s in Business Administration with concentration in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from Northwestern University. Sam is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Illinois. Sam also holds the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is active in the Chicago Chapter
