At this exciting community forum we will explore the following questions:

  • Are you or do you know a SBW (Strong Black Woman)?
  • Do peole know they can count on you (or her) to get things done?
  • Are you afraid if you stop "doing", you will no longer be of value?

You will want to attend this presentation about what it means to be a Superwoman.

Guest speaker is nationally recognized mental health expert Dr. Jinnie Cristerna, LCSW, Cht, Rh.D. Dr. Cristerna was resident therapist for JET Magazine and hosts "Mental Health Minute" for WCIU-TV's "You & Me".
