The second in a series of regional gatherings of the industry's most forward-thinking minds, the Chicago Healthcare Innovation Summit brings together innovators, implementers and investors from the University of Michigan, Rush University, and beyond, to learn from some of the top disruptors in the industry while building relationships for the future.

Color (precision genomics)
Color is a customized health service that helps one understand one’s genetic risk for common hereditary cancers and hereditary high cholesterol, and then builds on this knowledge to create a personalized healthcare plan.

FRND (visiting nurse service + digital care)
FRND Health is an on-demand network of RNs and NPs extending care for leading MDs and Institutions where it is needed most - in the home. The goal is to reduce ER utilization and readmissions, while increasing access to the most appropriate, high quality care in a timely manner.

One Medical (tech-enabled primary care)
One Medical uses technology to provide high-quality flexible care and without co-pays and deductibles. It has a direct-to-consumer membership model that gives patients access to near-site primary care and 24/7 virtual care.

Virta Health (telemedicine-based type 2 diabetes clinic)
Virta is the first clinically-proven treatment to safely and sustainably reverse type 2 diabetes without medications or surgery. XSELL Technologies (digital dialogue engagement)
The XSELL platform leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to optimize the customer experience, driving higher sales throughput from agents and higher value per transaction for customers. Personalized Digital Dialogue and a learning system of engagement builds customer relationships.

Zipongo (digital nutrition platform)
Zipongo takes the guesswork out of healthy eating with personalized, healthy eating recommendations based on biometrics, preferences and dietary needs. Zipongo delivers real-time support for all the places that someone makes food decisions. Their mission is to reduce chronic disease by positively impacting the one thing everyone does: eat.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Merchandise Mart is directly serviced by Brown and Purple line “EL” trains, and a short distance from lines that service O’Hare and Midway. Ogilvie and Union Transportation Stations and CTA bus stops (22, 37, 125, 134, 135, 136, or 156) are also within walking distance.

There are two Mart-specific lots nearby: Mart Parc Wells & Mart Parc Orleans. Metered parking is also available along Kinzie Ave. Please be advised parking in either of the Mart’s access drives will result in your vehicle being towed or ticketed.
