The City of Chicago passed an Energy Benchmarking & Transparency Ordinance in September 2013. ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager is a free online tool that requires a computer to utilize so please bring your own laptop to the workshop. All levels of knowledge and experience with benchmarking and energy management are welcome!
