This is a deep dive into your coaching practice. Participants will work with a learning team to develop a goal and analyze their coaching practice through video of coaching sessions, self-reflection and peer feedback. We will use the Chicago Coaching Center rubric for instructional coaching to guide this process. All sessions will take place virtually via Zoom.

Dates:

Meeting 1- Sept 12 - 1:00-2:00 pm

Meeting 2- Oct 3 9:00 am-3:00 pm

Meetings 3- Oct 17 1:00-3:00 pm

Meetings 4-7 - TBD Learning Team members (November-February)

Meeting 8- March 13, 2023 - 1:00-3:00 pm

Structure: All participants will meet together for meetings 1, 2 3 and 8. Meetings 4-7 will take place in smaller learning teams and dates, times and structure will be determined by the team during the first meeting.

Pre-Requisites: Completion of Chicago Coaching Center Level 2 Training
