Class Description: In the West, we think of massage primarily as manipulation of muscle and fascia. When we practice Chi Self-Massage, we manipulate our internal energy, or chi, to strengthen and rejuvenate our sense organs - our eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and skin - as well as our teeth and our internal organs. The techniques of this practice are more than 5,000 years old. You will be given practices that will strengthen your senses, detoxify your internal organs and glands, help control negative emotions, relieve stress and digestive issues, and help bring an energetic balance to your body.
