With the help of our partners at Brio Leisure, we present the exciting opportunity to come along to our Friendly Gym sessions for those who have a vision impairment. There is a Personal trainer to help guide you through your work out and ensure your safety at all times! We also have a friendly and dedicated volunteer who is ready to offer assistance!

These sessions are free with a Brio Leisure gym membership.
