Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival returns Saturday, May 16th & Sunday, May 17th at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis, Maryland

Two days of incredible music on the beautiful shores of the Chesapeake Bay with food vendors, a crafter village, kids activities all to support charity!


  • Saturday: Blues Traveler, The Spinners, Joanne Shaw Taylor, Southern Avenue, Elektric Voodoo, Wayne Baker Brooks, CBBF All Star Band
  • Sunday: Buddy Guy, Shemekia Copeland, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Cash Box Kings, Altered Five Blues Band, Vanessa Collier

​Times: Gates open at 10:30am. Music from 11:00am - 8:30pm on Saturday​ and 11:00am - 8:30pm on Sunday


  • VIP Package- Must buy 2 VIP Tickets, includes: Tickets for Saturday, May 16th and Sunday, May 17th, one parking pass each day, early entrance, one meal each person each day, beer, wine, sodas and water, VIP bathroom.
  • General Admission- Can buy Saturday, Sunday or discounted Weekend Pass. Children 12 and under are free with paying adult.

Refunds: There are none, it's all for charity. Rain or shine.

What's There: Concert stage with Jumbtron, large crafter village, a wide​ variety of food and drink, Beer and Wine, beach, lawn seating

What to Bring: Low back lawn or beach chair or blankets, sunblock, sunglasses. Sun tents may be used on the beach as long as they don't ​impede anyone's view of the stage.

What Not to Bring: Food, drinks, bottles/glass, alcoholic beverages, drugs, pets,coolers, professional audio or video recording equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses/tripods.

Parking: Limited parking will be available first come first serve at Sandy Point State Park for $20/ car. Free parking is available at the Park and Ride on the Harry S. Truman Parkway just off Riva Road and at Matapeake Elementary School (651 Romancoke Road, Stevensville) on the Eastern Shore with Shuttles running to and from the event throughout the day. Shuttle service will begin at both locations at 9:00 am. There will be limited shuttles running from the Naval Academy stadium, but due to a scheduled lacrosse tournament, the traffic will be very heavy in and around the stadium. Parking at the Naval Academy will be $10.

​Arrival By Boat: Restricted 600' from shore, no docking. Please check local marinas for docking.

Arrival By Foot or Bicycle: Prohibited by State Park due to the heavy volume of cars and buses arriving.
