Chemsex Workshop is a groupwork session for gay and bisexual men who have chemsex.
Chemsex Workshop: a new initiative combining the experience and knowledge from the teams at Antidote and GMFA. This one day groupwork session is designed specifically to help you address questions, concerns or possible issues around your chems use and the type of sex you have. All in a friendly, safe non-judgemental environment.
Who is it for?
Men 18+ from the boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham who identify as a gay, bi, trans or MSM (men who have sex with men). The group is aimed at people who want to look at how they can take steps to ensure greater control over their drug use and sex life, and who would like to explore some of those issues which could potentially lead to more problematic use.
What does it involve?
A free weekday evening workshop from 6pm to 8.30pm. We will explore a series of subjects which will help you to understand and explore issues such as:
- Basic drug awareness
- Consent and setting boundaries
- What to do in an emergency
- Different approaches to safer sex
The Chemsex Workshop is an opportunity for you to explore your attitudes and behaviours in relation to chemsex in a safe, supportive space.

Part of Rise, a programme of HIV prevention work funded by the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. Priority for places will be given to men resident in these Boroughs.
