Rettland Farms farmer and butcher, Beau Ramsberg, teaches you how to break down and truss a whole chicken like a pro
Towson Tavern's Executive Chef, Josh Vecchiolla, teaches you how to marinate and prepare their best-selling recipe for Peruvian chicken
Enjoy local craft beer while learning what pairs well with your meal
You'll leave with your own top-quality pastured, non-GMO fed Rettland Farm chicken along with locally and sustainably grown roasting vegetables from Chesapeake Farm to Table so that you can cook your delicious dinner at home the next day!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Due to alcohol sampling, all attendees must be 21+.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Towson Tavern offers valet parking. In addition, there are metered spaces on York Road, or you can park somewhat inexpensively in the Towson Square parking garage behind the restaurant. Use the garage entry on Delaware Avenue.
