Chef's Table at Hewitt Oaks

Enjoy a relaxing night out for you and your significant other or a group of friends! Executive Chef Christopher Hewitt will present 8 small plate courses, paired with wines, for an exquisite dining experience.

Each course will feature one of Chef's most signature dishes, including recipes learned during 12 years working with Chef Bobby Flay, growing up in Montauk, training at the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY, and over a decade of extraordinary events with Southern Graces.

Hewitt Oaks is just five minutes from Palmetto Bluff, surrounded by sweeping Lowcountry views and graceful moss-laden oaks. You'll be dining in the Lowcountry elegance of Gracie Ballroom, a double-height space with grand fireplace and balcony.

MEET THE CHEF

Christopher Hewitt is the Executive Chef of Southern Graces and Hewitt Oaks. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. and has extraordinary talent and experience. Christopher worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef Victory, prepared dinner for Julia Child, and has earned many other awards and accolades, including Bluffton Today's Best Chef in Bluffton. He's an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience!

Table reservations are available for 2, 4, 6, or 8 so you can all sit together! Cost is $129 per person. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable.
