Enjoy a night of celebrating Shellfish & Caviar! Chef Robert's Seasonal Tasting Menu highlights ingredients of New England and beyond.
Starting from a young age, Chef Robert fell in love with shellfish, specifically his mom's blue crab ragu which he still replicates during the holidays. Continuing into adulthood and the progression of his professional career, influences from his wife and mother-in-law deepened his love for shellfish as well as caviar.
Throughout his career, Chef Robert has had the opportunity to create dishes using the world's highest quality shellfish and caviar. Join us for this one-a-kind night featuring his inspired creations during cocktail hour and a five-course dinner along with unique wine-pairings chosen by Master Sommelier Brahm Callahan.
