This February School Vacation Week, the Boston Harbor Hotel offers the unique opportunity for kids to join two of the Hotel’s best chefs (and Dads!) at special Chefs In The Making classes for a fun, educational and inspiring afternoon of cooking!
Under the expert guidance of Executive Sous Chef Garrett Welch and Pastry Chef Shawn Dresser, children will enjoy a tour of the pop-up Harbor Market and special “behind the scenes” look at the Boston Harbor Hotel’s kitchen, learn about culinary safety and equipment and learn to prepare two dishes – one savory and one sweet.
Each child will take home their own chef hat and apron, along with any left-overs of their culinary creations.
Classes Available February 21st and February 23rd
