Join us on Saturday, February 2nd at Big Spring Country Club for the 2nd Annual Chefs for Hope Dinner, presented by U.S. Foods, benefiting Kentucky ProStart & the Kentucky Restaurant Association Educational Foundation!

This FIVE COURSE fine dining experience is a celebration of the culinary education programs happening through ProStart within high schools throughout the state of Kentucky. The event features five of Louisville's top chefs including Josh Moore of Volare & Moore Farms, David Danielson of Old Stone Inn & Levy Restaurants, Josh Hillyard of Big Spring Country Club, Henry Wesley of The Village Anchor & MORE!

Enjoy a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, spirits & live music, then be seated for five courses of spectacular food created in tandem with the chefs, ProStart students & their culinary instructors.

Hear stories of the profound impact ProStart is making across the state, helping students explore the hospitality field & develop skills that will put them ahead of the class after high school graduation. Meet young people currently in the ProStart advanced culinary training program & toast the legacy of fine dining in Louisville & beyond that Kentucky ProStart helps make possible!
