Chefs Dinner With Celebrity Chef Roberto Trevino

Chef Roberto Trevino wears his movie star looks with modesty. However, do not underestimate this veteran Chef. He’s got the chops in the kitchen and has earned his stripes one impeccable dish and restaurant opening at a time.

The opening of the El Conquistador Resort brought him to Puerto Rico where an amalgam of international flavour influences and tropical climes was for Trevino nothing short of cathartic.

His flag ship Latin-Asian Budatai is herald as one of Puerto Rico’s best of the best. Bar Gitano taps into all of our inner soulful flamenco with tapas and sun bursts of award-winning paellas, and the gathering place for jet set denizens and locals alike is El Barril. All combined these eateries are a testament to Roberto Trevino’s prescient vision. These eateries are what brought him into the food network. Now he brings his craft to avalon park with a fast casual take on the Puertorrican Cuisine.
