This is a marvelous five course wine pairing dinner with live entertainment and fun games and exciting games! The event will be held at Silvermoon on Broad between 6 PM and 10 PM on Valentine’s Day. There’s no need to wait in a long line, come out and celebrate Valentine’s Day in style! Each course will be wonderful he paired with a wine to help increase the flavor of each dish. Just like every other Cheffrey event I can promise that she will have a wonderful time!

1-Baked oysters w bacon n leeks garnished with a lemon shallot sauce

2-braised short rib butternut hash

topped w sliced duck breast finished w pear relish

3-Yukon gold/ cauliflower soup w smoked Gouda croton

4-Beef Wellington -truffle oil roasted. Potato fingerling - bacon, apple, fried Brussels and finished with chocolate Pinot noir sauce

5-Strawberry cheesecake fluff
