About this event
The concept is simple: join me, a 20+ year retired chef, on a tour of a few of my favorite BBQ joints in Austin.
You will learn a little bit about the history of BBQ, specifically how it got its start in Central Texas, all while sampling the goods along the way.
We will visit 3 restaurants, from the city's best to food-truck-treasures...
You'll tour comfortably in a GMC Acadia Denali, keeping the tours intimate ( max 6 people), meaning you will get more personal attention from me and at all the stops.
We run ONE tour a day, from 12:00-2:30/3pm, to ensure we have a customized experience and that no place has run out of food!
My tours are specifically designed to be available rain or shine/hot or cold, and routes will vary depending on many factors.
