Event description

Description

Chef Rosa Mariotti is back to teach you some more authentic Italian recipes! This time, she’ll share some dishes that are perfect for Fall.

Here are the great recipes she’ll show you in this partial participation class:

  • Etruscan griddle bread - so cheesy, quick, and delicious!
  • Tender spinach salad - light and fresh, and served with a vanilla vinaigrette
  • Rosa di Parma - Chef Rosa’s own pork loin stuffed with prosciutto, rosemary, and sage, and served alongside roasted pears
  • Chocolate Budino - a sweet Italian custard
