Chef Koz's Crescent City Kitchen Unveil Dinner

Join the northeast's top chef Chris "Koz" Kozlowski in his new venture into the food truck business! This will be a remarkable 5-course Cajun/Creole meal joined by chef Mark Segal of Portsmouth fame and Chef Josh from the Inn at Thorn Hill. Dishes include Gumbo, Jambalaya, fried chicken, Cuban Ropa Vieja and many more culinary creations. Famous Crescent City Bistro drinks such as the "Better Than Prozac" Punch and Sazerac cocktail will also be available. This will be the sights and sounds of Mardi Gras in April where Chef Koz will be unveiling his new food trailer to the public for the first time!
