Chef Jorge - Spring Pea Risotto and Lamb

Join Chef Jorge Barreto, executive chef at Assaggio Restaurant in Galloway township, for this spring-inspired menu! Chef will prepare a perfect creamy risotto with fresh spring peas, leeks and cheese as well as an oven-roasted rack of lamb to complete this delicous dinner
The class will enjoy a Kitchen 19 appetizer upon arrival and a belgium endive salad before dinner. Chef will present his famous creme brulee for dessert!
Bring your own wine to enjoy with dinner served at the end of the class.
Chef Jorge's class is a Demo-style class where the class is intimately involved in the preparation of the food, but not as a hands-on class. The class is full of up-close and personal viewing of Chef Jorge as he demonstrates each step, along with great discussion about food, ingredients and other foodie topics!
