Chef David will share two of his favorites, and most requested dishes. David prepared thousands of Caesar salads at the famed Zuni Cafe and he will share some of the secrets to this classic.
We will also make a delicious golden risotto Milanese and enjoy our Italian meal together with a glass of vino. Handouts for each dish will be provided.
