In the back-to-school spirit, we’re hosting a series of small, interactive classes with our talented culinary team on our Chef’s Counter at Scout PNW. Enjoy a rotating lineup of oyster shucking, butchery, craft bartending and cake decorating. $60++ per person, per class, or $200++ for all four classes (includes a gift).

For this class, Scout's Chef De Cuisine Roger Harper will demonstrate how to butcher various small fish that he picks fresh from the market prior to class. Students will taste from the prepared fish with beverage pairing and also receive a pair of fish pliers as a take away.
