Learn something new this year! We’re hosting a series of small, interactive classes with our talented culinary team on our Chef’s Counter at Scout PNW. Enjoy a rotating lineup of oyster shucking, cake decorating, craft cocktails and cheese making. $60 plus tax and service fee per person, per class, or $200 plus tax and service fee for all four classes and a take home gift.

Chef de Cuisine Roger Harper will guide students through the process of hand stretching fresh mozzarella using Pike Place Market’s own Beecher’s Handmade Cheese curds. The learning continues as students transform their fresh cheese into a creamy burrata. Students will receive Olio Verde olive oil and Vashon Island sea salt to take home.
