Chef Egg Live: Summer Seafood

Join Baltimore's own Chef Egg at the Blue Moon Cafe Too in Fed Hill. He is going to give you the skills you need to make healthy and easy summer seafood dishes all of your friends and family will enjoy. Learn how and where to purchase the best seafood in the city and understand how easy it is to make restaurant quality recipes at home. The chef is going to show you how to marinate, sear and braise seafood to perfection and give you the confindence and skills to succeed on the kitchen!

Menu

Peruvian Shrimp Ceviche - Marinated in Lime Juice, Cucumber and Jalapeno and served in an Avacado w/ Toasted Tortillas

Pascado A La Veracruz - White Fish Filet w/ Tomatillo and Olive Pan Sauce

Sicilian Lifeguard Style Calamari - Squid Braised in Tomato, Pine Nuts, Raisons and Capers w/ Isreali Cous Cous



Class Notes

- Doors open at 6:15p

- This is an all ages class, 21+ for BYOB

- Street parking is available. Please allow yourself time to arrive and park.

- You will cook and eat all of the food on the menu with a fellow cooking partner while following step by step instruction from the chef.

- Please wear cooking attire, close toed shoes and pulled back hair.

- Chef Egg LLC and Blue Moon Cafe Too (the Hosts) are not responsible for any actions taken by particpants in the class. Purchasing tickets indemnifies and realeses the Hosts and the class will sign a release prior to the start of the class.
