Chef Cooperatives Live Fire Event To Benefit FreshWater Farms

The Chef Cooperatives' chefs are finally coming back together to create a live, in person, event at FreshWater Farms in Charlotte, Texas, and we can't wait to see y'all!

This event is to benefit FreshWater Farms, which aims to make the finest, most flavorful and nutrient-rich microgreens readily available for culinary artist throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas.

This is a "live fire" event, meaning we will be cooking whole animals over live fire, just the way we love to do. As always, it will be a truly farm to table feast, including wine and beer.

We will be offering discounted tickets of $45 (that's $10 off) before the menu drops, so snag those tickets ASAP.
