We selected some of the best chefs in Upstate, NY to provide you with a 6-course mystery dinner experience featuring one of the most sustainable protein sources in the world, insects. Yup, we're serious. We're serious about innovating and cleaning up our food system.

A Special Guest From Los Angeles: We're flying Aly Moore of Bugible from LA to Chittenango, NY (30 minutes from Syracuse, NY) for a fasicnating food experience. Aly has been cooking and eating insects for many years now and her work has been featured by Forbes (twice), National Geographic, Huffington Post, Food & Wine Magazine, LA Weekly, Restaurant Insider, Lonely Planet, Travel & Leisure, The Daily Beast, Yale Alumni Magazine, Treehugger and more! Aly will serve as a resource to our amazing group of chefs.

Your Chefs For the Night:

Plenty of Wine & The Finest Local Organic Ingredeints

We will bring the finest local organic vegetables from Grindstone Farm (Pulaski NY) and wine from the Finger Lakes ("The Best Wine Region in the U.S") to make the event extra special. The chefs will be tasked to hide the insects into half of the courses and we will have a conversation at the end of the dinner.

We don't ever have to eat insects again, but we do need to reconsider our eating habits - we need to be more concious of the environmental impact of our food. A great place to start? Eat more vegetables, eat a diverstiy of vegetables, eat less meat but start buying meat from local biodynamic farms with the very best animal wellness and environmental standards! If you want to eat bugs beyond this dinner experience, all the power to you!

The goal is to put the greater Syracuse, NY area on the map as a foodie destination. Seating is limited and reservations are required in advance as our events typically sell out. Yes, even bug events!
