Join the Bedford Cheese Shop’s resident cheese crafter, Cara Baker, for a workshop about the basics of making everyone’s favorite dairy delight. You’ll be making and sampling several types of basic cheese while learning the roles of rennet, salt, and heat in turning milk into magic. Soon, you’ll be whipping up batches of fresh mozz in your own kitchen!
