Adam Centamore earned his cheese certification at Boston University's Metropolitan College and was a manager for years at the renowned cheese shop Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge. By day Adam is the portfolio administrator for Bin Ends Wines, an award-winning wine retailer on the south shore, and is a book reviewer for the New York Journal of Books. He is a member of the Wine Scholars Guild, French Wine Society and is the Maitre Fromager for the Boston chapter of the Chevaliers du Tastevin, a prestigious Burgundian gastronomy society. Adam enjoys eating, drinking and learning!
