This is a fun filled busy class where you learn the foundations of cheese making and along the way enjoy some tastings of products and wine all in our purpose built cabin in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Our easy to follow recipes will allow you to go home and make cheese with confidence. All products to make cheese are available on the day.

It's Hands On Fetta Making and along the way you will also learn how to make Haloumi, Ricotta, Mascarpone Cheese as well as Yoghurt and Labne
