Ange Branca of Sate Kampar and local cheesemaker Jamie Png are teaming up to present an out-of-the-box four course cheese-themed dinner, pairing American and European artisan cheeses with Malaysian sambals, sauces, and other condiments for a one of a kind flavour experience.
4 courses included, as well as non-alcoholic drinks and samples of (just-debuted) Ploughman Cider from Adams County - served up and introduced by cidermaker Ben Wenk.
