About this event
We'll kick off the event with a 45 min. signature CHEERFIT workout followed by refreshing electrolyte drinks from Ultima Replenisher, snacks to refuel and dry hair touch ups to feel fab' post workout!
Class is led by CHEERFIT Founder, Danielle Donovan (@cheerfittraining) + top CHEERFIT instructors Christine-Bibbo Herr (@nycpretty) and Claudia Ralph (@coachclaudia.ralph)
Equipment: poms (optional, but make the workout even more fun!), and light weights or arm bands 1-2 lbs if you want to level up!

CHEERFIT Sculpt is a 45-minute total body workout combining fun, high-energy, cheer-inspired exercises! Get ready to strengthen, tone, and rock the bod' and energy of a cheerleader with these precise and balanced movements. You don't have to be a cheerleader to work out like one!
