"The goal is an item missing from most business plans. Especially with the small business, it is incredibly important. It’s the most important part from a personal standpoint. You need to have a goal in order to achieve any amount of success. Whether or not you achieve your goal, you’re working toward something. In this case, you should make it a measurable, specific goal that is achievable." - Check Mark Startup
In this workshop, we'll be examining the values and drive of each company participating, and we will create obtainable and measurable goals over the next year. Because just having goals isn't enough to achieve them, we will also be breaking down your goals into smaller subgoals that are designed to keep you accountable.
Every participant should expect to walk away with a roadmap of goals that will accelerate their business throughout 2017. For best results, bring a laptop with a spreadsheet program.
What to bring:
Laptop preferred. Notebook will work.
Lunch if you want it.
What you get:
Roadmap of where your company is going
Goals & Subgoals to help you achieve your goals
Access to Law++'s proprietary goal mapping spreadsheets
