ChatGPT in Practice: A 30-Minute Demo

This session is the second part of our AI Lunchroom series. In our first session, we covered the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, how large language models are trained, and how they generate responses. This next session focuses on applying those principles using one of the most common and powerful AI tools in daily work: ChatGPT.

In this 30-minute lunch session, you will learn:

• What ChatGPT is
• How different ChatGPT models compare and when to use each one
• How context improves quality and accuracy
• How to use ChatGPT’s key features (Projects, Custom GPTs, settings, tools, Canvas, etc.)
• A short introduction to ChatGPT Atlas and agent-based tasks (if time allows)

After the main 30-minute demo, participants are welcome to stay for an optional Q&A, where we can discuss, share tips, or explore additional use cases.
