BCS Jersey welomes you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
A review of the year will start from 12:30, possibly with a guest speaker and then formal procedings for AGM from 13:00 until 13:30
The AGM is part of the formal BCS governance and an opportunity for you to ensure the BCS in Jersey delivers what you want. At this years AGM we will propose the outline of our strategy, which will remain open for input by all our members, be formalised in then published in December.
Following a brief review of the section’s accounts and activities, there will be an opportunity to elect the section committee for the forthcoming year.

Please consider standing for election and joining the committee - being part of the committee is a great opportunity to help grow and maintain our section for the benefit of our membership as well as the promotion of IT as a profession. Please ensure that all nominations for the Committee are sent to Ronnie Isherwood or Paul Dutot by midday Wednesday 13th December. For clarity, all Committee members must be re-elected – even when standing again.
To be eligible to vote at the AGM, you must be a member of the BCS. For committee membership, non BCS members may undertake certain roles, however the Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman require active membership.
