Register for INCS Charter Starter Design Series webinar on Establishing the Legal Entity.  Attorneys Mary Kay Klimesh and Nick Sack of Seyfarth, Shaw will walk you through the basics of creating an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and filing for federal 501(c)(3) status.  You will learn why and when you need to do this, and the responsiblities that come along with being a corporation and a 501(c)(3).  We strongly encourage that each team have at least 2 team members participate in the webinar. 

Date: Wednesday, January 9, 2012 

Time: 5-6:30 p.m. 

Instructions on how to join the webinar will be sent to registered attendees by January 7th.
