What to Expect:
To start the day we will provide a light porridge or fruit option to fuel the body. Late lunch will also be provided later in the day to help refuel the body and mind.

Push your physical edge in a dynamic session led by Joe Gater (JG Training) — focused on strength, mobility, and metabolic conditioning. This isn’t just movement — it’s mindfully structured training with breath awareness woven in, to build discipline, endurance, and present-moment focus.
🧘 Yoga for Recovery + Regulation
This gentle yet empowering yoga flow will guide you back into your breath and body, bringing balance to the nervous system and cultivating inner spaciousness after your workout.
🌬️ Breathwork Journeys
Guided by Charlie, experience the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breath. Through this ancient modality, you'll release stored emotional tension, unlock energetic blockages, and access deeper states of awareness. Your breath is your medicine.
💪 Breath + Training Integration Session
Bridge the gap between performance and presence. Learn how to harness breath to enhance training outcomes, regulate stress, and recover faster. Expect practical drills and embodied insights.
🧊 Optional Ice Bath
Conclude your journey with an optional ice bath immersion — a powerful practice in nervous system mastery, presence under pressure, and mental resilience. Held in a safely guided space with intention and support.
