SPECIAL EVENT during The Market Beautiful! This workshop will NOT be held at Unlisted Market! Your admission ticket into the market ($7) is included in this fee. Please see below.

Come join us for a special workshop and LUNCH while you enjoy a day of shopping at The Market Beautiful!

Entertaining doesn’t have to mean an evening of elaborate table settings and hours in front of a hot stove. Thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards aren’t just tasty, they are also a great way to entertain stress-free! In this hands-on class, your instructor will guide you through the process of creating your own charcuterie board and give you the confidence to entertain with ease. You’ll even go home with your own charcuterie creation and wooden board that you can use again and again!

*** Please note, this worshop is being held during The Market Beautiful at the National Western Complex. We have added $7 to the workshop fee to cover your admission into the market. Simply show your ticket at the door and you will be allowed entry!

Materials Included ($35 value):

  • One 7x12.5-inch Wooden Board

  • Mastering Charcuterie Boards at Home Handout

  • Anatomy of a Charcuterie Board Handout

  • Meats, Cheeses, Fruits, Olives, Preserves, Breads, Nuts and More!

About Your Instructor: Erin Weber is a Registered Dietitian, Chef and the owner of Appalachian Table. Born and bred in southeastern Ohio, part of the Appalachian region, she grew up around homegrown foods and good old-fashioned cooking. Studying medical dietetics and culinary nutrition helped her turn her love of cooking and thirst for nutrition knowledge into a fulfilling career bridging food and health for optimal living.

Unlisted Artisan and Boutique Market

Unlisted opened in 2013 to provide a “home” for local artisan and boutique vendors in a brick and mortar retail store. We support the dream of more than 100 local small businesses as we connect the surrounding community to their amazing products. Our vendors create their own small shops, selling their one-of-a-kind handmade items, fabulous fashions, specialty goods, food gifts, home décor and so much more!

In 2015 we were voted Reader’s Choice Top of the Town Best Gift Shop by 5280 Magazine, and in 2017 & 2018 we were voted as one of the top gift shops by the Denver A-List voters! Thank you for making us your go-to shop for local artisan and boutique products! We are excited to continue providing unique products to South Denver over the coming years.  If you haven’t been to the store yet we would love to see you!
