Have fun at Ridgewood Winery under the instruction of Master Charcuterier, Erika Lebo, who will teach you her "A-B-C-D-E of Charcuterie". You will be amazed at the beautiful board you will create!
Everything needed will be supplied including a keepsake 73 Charcuterie Display Board, meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers and chocolates. Wine not included, but is available for purchase and consumption during class.
