About this event
Falun Dafa, also called Falun Gong, is an ancient and advanced self-cultivation way based on the principles of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance (真 善 忍). All the original teachings of Falun Dafa are in the main book Zhuan Falun. According to Zhuan Falun, the cultivation of one's mind and character is the key to increasing Gong (energy potency).
Falun Dafa also includes cultivation of the body, which is accomplished by practicing the five meditative Dafa exercises and cultivating one's character.
Mission
- Cultivate your character, looking inward at oneself, and be a good person
- Improve the mind and body: stress relief, mental clarity, energy
- Explore topics on physical/mental health, human life, and the universe
Goals

- Read the book Zhuan Falun (en.falundafa.org/falun-dafa-books.html)
- Practice the 5 meditative exercises: 4 standing position + 1 sitting position
