Chapman University School of Law is proud to present David Scheffer, speaking on "Chasing Leadership Impunity: The Rapid Evolution of International Criminal Law" at the next Chapman Dialogue.
Professor Scheffer holds an endowed professorship and is the Director of the Center for International Human Rights at Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. He is the U.N. Secretary-General's Special Expert on United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials, and was selected by Foreign Policy Magazine as one of the "Top Global Thinkers of 2011." He has published extensively on international legal and political issues and appears regularly in the national and international media.
Seats are limited and include a free lunch. Doors open at 11:30 and the presentation will begin at 12:00.
