About the musicians:
Ashok Nalamalapu was born in India, and has practiced devotion since his childhood. He has been leading multi-faith chants and playing harmonium since 2011. Ashok has been studying with Indian classical musicians and Jai Uttal. As part of his spiritual path, he has lead kirtan at festivals including Bhakti Fest, California, Maine Yoga Fest, Devotion Fest, Boston, NH Yoga for Peace, Lovelight Fest, Maryland, Harvest Fest, New York. He also led kirtan at yoga centers such as Kripalu and Integral Yoga Institute, colleges in Maine and a temple in India. He sings in traditional Indian Raaga style. He hosts kirtan artists from around the US and sings at Sadhana regularly. Ashok has served as a Master of Ceremonies at all major kirtan festivals in the USA.
Andrea Wenger has been singing spiritual and devotional music in a variety of settings since childhood. Currently, she often blends her voice with crystal singing bowls, and uses a frame drum, rattle and bells as a Vibrational Healer providing private sessions and group sound meditations. She has also led Singing Meditation circles, and collaborated with yoga teachers and other sound healers to provide workshops and sacred sound experiences in the Baltimore area and beyond, including a retreat at Yogaville. Her first CD "beginnings" was released in 2011. Andrea has been studying vibrational healing techniques with Ed Rothwell of the Thunderboom Institute for 8 years, and has trained with additional sound healers. She counts it a blessing to be able to use her voice for healing and raising consciousness.
Randy Lindsey plays 4-string bass and 6-string acoustic guitar accompaniment for Swan Kirtan. He is an accomplished musician and teacher. Randy utilizes non-conventional tunings and contemplative themes in his offering.
Aban Zirikly s a musician, music teacher and conductor. Aban began studying violin when he was ten years old in Damascus, Syria. He has been a professional music teacher and performer since 1975. He taught formally in Damascus and Prague and Czech Republic. He performed at numerous venues in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. He is a well known musician in Syria. He gave Programs and talks on music on the Syrian T.V. and Radio. He established and led the Syrian Chamber Orchestra concerts. He has written many articles on music. Aban is an exceptional violinist.

Namory Keita will play percussion with Swan Kirtan for this event. International teacher and performing artist, Namory has travelled to many places to share his culture including Germany, Poland, France, Canada, and Portugal. He has been drumming from age 7 in Guinea, West Africa.
