About this event
Our Changing the Face of the City project concludes with a thought-provoking panel discussion of leaders in the built environment to explore how the historic dynamics of preservation and urban planning have affected current practices in real-estate development, housing, etc.
Moderated by Carpenters' Company member Alan Greenberger, the panel includes Matt Ruben, Chair of the Central Delaware Advocacy Group and Past President of the Northern Liberties Neighbors’ Association; Eleanor Sharpe, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Planning Commission; and Leslie Smallwood-Lewis, Partner at Mosaic Development Partners. This event is produced in partnership with Urban Land Institute-Philadelphia and the Design Advocacy Group.
