You cannot live with passion or purpose while existing in a state of dis-ease. Good health is not just about weight...it is about lifestyle...being healthy in mind, body and spirit. Changing for better together is a support system for those who are looking to partner with others to create change. Change can be challenging and best achieved with the help of others...even I am not exempt from struggles and benefit greatly from my interactions with others. Come talk, share, laugh and get helpful tips and tools. Let's get together for a call where we can learn and help one another. Change is about learning a new way and we all can help one another.
