Event description

Description

The structure, content, and process of work has changed in recent decades. What trends are driving these changes? How are these trends affecting skill demands and human resource practices? In this public session, researchers from sociology, economics, and business management will examine the evidence for changes in the workplace and the resulting challenges and opportunities for workforce management. This event is hosted by the Committee on the Consideration of Generational Issues in Workforce Management and Employment Practices, intended to gather information for the committee’s work.

More information on the study can be found at the project's website
