The basis for this two hour workshops is to teach women that the overwhelm and dissatisfaction in their lives can be altered, by learning to separate themselves from what I call the “Inner Critic”, the voice in their mind that has been speaking to them all day, every day, for most of their lives. I first introduced this workshop in 2015, and the results have been phenomenal! I have taught hundreds of women across the country the idea that this voice in their mind is not really them, which is something that most women have never considered before. Women are taught how to give this voice a separate identity, and therefore diminish its negative power. I have used these techniques to help women overcome depression, weight issues, relationship issues, parenting issues and a host of other stressors that they face.
